Fried Fish

Ingredients for Soaked Fish:
Fish (Rahu) 1 ½ kg
Water 5-6 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Fried Fish:
Imli pulp 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Red food color 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Soaked fish
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Soaked Fish Preparation:
In a bowl add water, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, fish and soak it for 10-15 mins.
Note: Pat dry before marination
Directions for Fried Fish Preparation:
In a bowl add imli pulp, flour, egg, red chili flakes, coriander seeds crushed, turmeric powder, salt, onion powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red food color, red chili powder and mix it well. Now marinated fish in it.
Let it marinate for 2 hours.
Now deep fry the fish until fully done. Your Fried Fish is ready.
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 20-30 mins
Servings: 3-4
