Recipe Ingredients
paneer – 200 gm
Chopped onion, 1/2 cup
1 tsp of ginger garlic chopped
1 tsp of green chili chopped
2 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of chilli powder powder
Half tsp of sugar
Like the amount of salt ………
To make it, I put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, i will lightly fry it with paneer
The paneer is fried and then we mix it with salt and water. leave it for a while.
Then i put the onions in this oil. Once the onions are lightly fried.
This time add 1 tsp of ginger garlic chopped, 1 tsp of green chili chopped, 1 tsp of turmeric powder,
1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of chilli powder powder , Half tsp of sugar , Like the amount of salt ..
Then have to mix it well with everything. You have to cook it for a while. Now we will mix it well with water. It is ready. It can be eaten with bread or with parotta….
