🔥 Game Day Smoked Brisket & Beef Chili

We’re talking smoked brisket, juicy ground beef, and @howtobbqright Bonafide Chili Seasoning with a kick. Slow-simmered on the smoker for 2-3 hours until it’s smoky and loaded with flavor.

*Serves 8

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chopped smoked brisket
1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
3.5 tbsp @howtobbqright/@killerhogsbbq Bonafide Chili Seasoning
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 (15 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can chili beans (drained)
1 cup beef broth (more if you like it thinner)
½ tsp smoked paprika

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and fritos or some cornbread 👌

  3. Include one or two bay leaves in your chili seasoning mix for some herbal goodness that also reduces the flatulence factor of the chili!

  5. I'm not much on hamburger meat anymore l know that sounds crazy. But I would like to try this with out hamburger. I had surgery on my pancreas and had my gallbladder taken out. So it mest up my taste buds

  6. Another born and raised Texan here!! Never had chili without beans and honestly I would’ve put more. Looks amazing though, I bet it smelled even better!!!
