Buffalo Chicken Dip doesn’t get more “game day” than this – rich, cheesy, spicy, and loaded with tender chicken + Buffalo sauce. My Chili Pepper Madness version adds optional fresh chilies (hello jalapeños!) and big flavor seasonings, and you can make it FAST in the oven or keep it easy in the slow cooker (on the site, too).

🌶️ What makes this one different:
• THREE cheeses (cream cheese + cheddar + blue cheese)

🧀 Ingredients (quick list):
• Cooked chicken (breast or thighs)
• Jalapeños (optional — use bell pepper for mild)
• Taco seasoning, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt & pepper
• Chicken broth (or beer!)
