Did you ever do a video about kitchen equipment? I am so disappointed with my food processor. My Cuisinart from the 1980's was perfect but eventually died.

This is the first chef John video I’ve seen since my best friend died. He was the one who sent me my first FoodWishes video and he had been cooking the recipes for years and feeding me without me knowing whose recipes they were. For a while we shared these videos back and forth and shared our recipe attempts. This video is making me both happy and sad but thank you chef John for years of great memories for me and my friend.
