A wise man told me, the only way to cook fresh squid is either 2mins or 2hrs. this way its no rubbery. Game changer! This looks beautiful i cant wait to try it.

I'm not a fan of strong tasting fish and generally shy away from fish/seafood. Never had squid, is this a mild fish flavour and you're adding flavour to it with the spice? It looked good!

If you're looking to fry oil safely, perhaps turning the wok handle to the side would be advisable. The way you've got the wok during the video – you're just asking for a disaster.
