    I had legal blindness due to cataracts in February 2023 at the same time tge doctor discovered I have Fuch Dystrophy where the corneal cells die off causing fluid to fluid build up on the front of my eye after sleeping my vision is really blurry for the most of the day for now I use blow dryer on cool setting arm length to get the excess fluid evaporate and muro 128 it is 5 percent sodium chloride saline drops twice or 3 daily see I have corneal edema eventually I need a partial just the epithelial cells implanted in both of my eyes where I will have to lie on my back for weeks or months dont know yet my dad had the partial one a year or so done before his demise in 2017 he was 79 enjoyed your chilli video, Penny ❤

    Mom had AMD so do I now I am 57 and will be 58 in July her amd was discovered at age 75 months before her demise❤I am in the very early stage for AMD eating a whole better I knew just would stay there food with lutein and zeaxanthin,zinc,vitamin A and C yellow and orange colored fruit/ vegetables (cups of mix dark greens,whole lemon and limes,nuts and seeds with vitamin E staying hydrated been doing and eating ocean salt water fish like salmon and sardines for the omega 3 trying to delaying both of my progressive eye diseases(Fuchs Dystrophy and AMD) ❤Penny and George like family❤

    I use pinto beans that I have cooked prior you know bean soup made with ham or ham hock or leftover bone I don't use sugar everything e lse yummy ❤

    Hi Pen your Vegan video popped up I just finished watching would you please review the Impossible Burger I want to try it 😊 Dad gave me such a tickle trying to pronounce Sìracha😂😂😂I glad to see you two enjoyed the food 😊 BTW by the time I finished watching today's rewind I was getting things together for Chili😂I'm using ground chicken ❤ 😊 Blessings
