  1. I keep thinking your son is going to barge in and start munching on all those great wings! 🙂

  2. I’ve been doing my shrimp boils with sliced jalapeños, water chestnuts, and cut baby corn from the can. Bet it would be good with wings too.

  3. Made the oven “fried” wings for dinner tonight. 👍🏻👍🏻 Big hit with the family!!! Tossed the wings with the Sweet&Spicy sticky sauce from a previous episode and the wings were inhaled. Thank you, Nicole!

  4. I absolutely love chicken wings but only the flats. I donot like the drums. Because the drums are white meat. And I can't stand white meat.

  5. I was newly married in the 1960’s. (I always loved wings, long before they became popular). I remember buying them in the grocery store for 10 Cents a pound!! They gave away soup bones for free too! Aaah – the good ole days! 😂

  6. Grilled wings are my go-to for chicken wings. First had them in a local sports bar in Miami, so so good!

  7. I am going to add the baking powder the next time I do wings. I air fry or smoke them. I have a regular air fryer and a Breville 8 in one air fryer so lots of room. McCormick s rotissere Chicken seasoning is my go to seasoning.

  8. DO A CHINESE FOOD REMAKE EPISODE , Chicken broccoli . Egg foo young, egg drop soup , cheese wontons etc …

  9. My husband eats the drums while I eat the flats. He’s a good man, my husband. Sounds like yours is too,. I’m going to try some of these methods. This is another great video. Thank you!

  10. I'm here to to give Nicole a thumbs up. Luv her. I don't care for wings either. You can use the same ingredients or close to it for chicken tenders

  11. I love wings- my preferred method is”coca cola chicken”
They aren’t crispy, they’re cooked in the frying pan (“skillet”)
It’s literally just brown the chicke,😮 a can of coke and maybe a quarter cup of soy sauce. You can also add a splash of Chinese cooking wine, and some ginger, but I usually just do the coke and soy.

  12. I have heard not to use the spray oils on your air fryer because they contain soy lecithin which degrades the coating of the rack in the air fryer. Also, I like to lightly oil my chicken wings, add a little bit of baking powder then fry in the air fryer. Then we have four or five bowls, dump in the chicken wings in each bowl and then add your sauce. Then you have four or five different flavors without having to flavor individually and then cook it. I’ve tried flavoring them first but after about two batches of different flavors in the air fryer, it has to be cleaned because now the flavors are all just mixing together. Just easier & quicker for us. ❤
