Ingredients:
For egg roast:
Boiled 4 eggs
Chilli powder
Garam Masala
Pepper Powder
Salt
For Gravy Paste1:
3 small onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
Mint leaves
Garlic 5-7
Ginger piece
Blend them all into fine paste
For white Paste :
Soak 6-8 cashews in hot water
Blend all into fine paste,if any lumps left strain the water
For making Gravy:
– Heat Coconut oil
– Butter
– Add onion,tomato Paste
– Add roasted eggs pieces
– cashew paste
– Turmeric powder
– Required Salt
– Garnish with coriander leaves
