STOP EATING BLAND CHICKEN FOR DINNER!

This Spicy Pepper Chicken is a protein-packed flavour bomb that fits perfectly into my Healthy in 15 Minutes series. 🍗🔥

Hello my lovely cooks! If you are tired of dry, boring chicken breast recipes, this is going to change your life. Today, we are making a Black Pepper Chicken that is roasted, spicy, and incredibly juicy.

The best part? It uses fresh spices to create a rich coating without needing heavy creams or oils. It is the ultimate High-Protein Meal for busy professionals or anyone looking for a low-carb dinner that actually tastes amazing.

I’ll show you my secrets to keeping the chicken tender while getting that signature peppery crust—all in under a quarter of an hour!

In this 15-Minute Healthy Meal Masterclass, you will learn:
-The Spice Roast: How to freshly crush peppercorns for maximum aroma and heat.
-Juiciness Hack: My trick to cooking chicken breast so it stays moist and soft, never rubbery.
-The Flavour Balance: How to balance the heat of the pepper with aromatics like ginger and garlic.
-Health Benefits: Why this is the perfect post-workout meal or light dinner.

  3. These simple recipes are made special by the use of those wonderful spices! I’ve had so much fun shopping at my local international store. The owner walked around with me and my list and helped me find everything for your butter chicken recipe. Loving it! Made chai as well…not chai tea😜

  6. Could you tell me what is agood frying pan to do currys in? as I always end up with spices stuck to bottom of my pans, Love that recipe, perfect for me.

  7. Very nice. A couple of quick suggestions, Chetna: (1) a tad bit – about 1/8th to 1/4 tsp of good prepared mustard adds a pungency and (2) in Kerala cooking, a lot of the ground black pepper (far more than what you used) is also added right at the end to retain it's punch. Instead of lemon juice, about 2-3 tsp of regular vinegar is suggested. [Pepper chicken originated in Kerala, India.]

  8. I didn’t know that cooked rice could be kept that long. Mine usually ends up being fried after the second day. Good to know .

  9. Just made this for lunch exactly as presented. It’s amazing! Very addictive. I am sooooo glad I made a big batch to have it on hand in the fridge.

  13. Very nice, Chetna. I too try to keep cooked rice on hand but I get caught out at times. That's where I have used poha! Have you any non-breakfast ideas using poha? Would think it would be perfect ingredient for a 15min meal…oh, and feel better soon!😊❤😋
