Dear all – this is amazing winter soup/rasam.
You can have with hot rice or have it as a soup with some cubed silken tofu. You can use regular pepper if you don’t have pickled green peppers. Increase lime juice if using regular pepper
Recipe –
1. pressure cook 1/4 cup toor daal
2. Heat some oil in a pan. Add 3 tbsp each chopped garlic and chopped ginger, 1 tosp grated ginger. Sauté well
3. Add cooked daal, water. When it comes to a boll, add some whole pickled green peppers and crushed pickled green peppers, salt, juice of 1/2 lime and 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
