  1. I do a what I guess you would call a “Zesty Italian” stir fry. I marinate chicken in a ziploc bag in the fridge with the zesty Italian overnight. The next day I pour the whole bag into a skillet cooking the chicken and then I add a bag of Walmart great value brand sugar snap pea stir fry vegetables in with it to cook. I then make rice for the completed stir fry to go on.

  2. Your baking pans aren't tarnishing. They're getting "seasoned" as you cook with them, just like cast iron. Some chefs actually season their bakeware just like they season their cast iron. Don't be ashamed of that! It just makes them heat and cook more evenly. Also, if you cook hamburgers on your stove top, you do not have to cook them at a high temperature. I don't know where that idea came from(probably because that's how they're cooked on a grill or griddle in restaurants), but they will cook more evenly and are easier to get completely well done if you take just a little more time to cook them and turn your skillet to just between medium and high to cook them. If you prefer they get a crust wait until they are almost done, drain you grease like you would if you were cooking cooking crumbled ground beef, then raise the temperature on your skillet the last couple of minutes.

  3. Ooooohhhh … I'm going to try the oven baked burgers! They looked delicious and I also hate the mess of cooking them in a skillet on the stove top.

  4. Good to see y'all.. hope your day is going well… Yes have done Italian dressing with chicken…. It's so tasty and flavorful…. Burgers baked are yummy .. love easy things in the oven.. yes I've tried both and they are awesome…. I love baking meatballs in the oven…. 🙏🥰🥰🥰🩷💙

  5. It all looks so yummy!
For your sheet pans, try getting some stainless steel ones from a restaurant supply store. They clean up pretty easy and don't stain as much.

  6. Lol, I love when brook says I'm chopping off the ick. I relate to that. You sisters are all so real and lovely.

  7. I have brocoli and taters too! This is perfect. Simple and delicious dinners are a breath of fresh air. Folks want to make simple food look so complicated when it's not . I've been cooking for 40 years. You make sense and speak my language. P.S. your daughters are wonderful. Such blessings

  8. Fat is where the flavor is in meat gal! Don't worry about how your pans look all the build up is seasoning and makes food taste better. I've got some of my mom's pans and they look horrible to most people but they don't stick and I love them. ❤😊

  9. Love you and your family! Nordic ware pans are my favorite. USA pans are also good but will sometimes buckle in the oven if the heat is too high. I got my Nordic pans on Amazon. A 2 pack was around $23 if I remember correctly.

  10. I like using my air fryer to make my hamburgers. It’s even less of a mess doing that. I definitely enjoy easy cleanup.

  11. ❤ don't hate me but, your sis did hers in oven 8 min. Each side at a lower temp. Big Mac's vid. Thx for your channel 😊

  12. Could instant rice be added to the chicken dish? I can't wait to try these recipes. Thank you for sharing 🎉

  13. I make those burgers in the oven too. I add 1/2 cup of flour per pound of ground beef though. It stretches the meat plus if you use a higher fat content meat it will keep alot of the moisture in the burger instead of it running out making it dry. Bonus it makes a crispy outside that tastes amazing! Kinda like a slug burger. ❤

  14. Hyping and watching. Love you sweet Emily…GREAT….can't wait to see all them. Love you and family❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
