Thats one heck of a waste of pastrami if you ask me. If youre dumping chili on anything… just use a cheap cut of meat cause its going to overpower any flavor youd add to it. Pastrami with swiss and hot mustard on rye bread is the only way to eat it in my opinion

As a lifelong poor I like chili and rice, but I can see fancying it up with some pastrami
