These mushrooms are cooked on high heat to give them a golden, glossy texture without getting soggy. Packed with the flavor of butter, garlic, and pepper, this is the perfect appetizer or side dish for any occasion.

🛒 Ingredients:
200 g Button mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Mustard oil (or Olive oil)
1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp Black pepper (freshly crushed)
Salt to taste
½ tsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Fresh parsley or coriander
1 tsp Lemon juice

👩‍🍳 Method:
Heat a pan on high flame. Add butter and oil.
Once the butter melts, add garlic and sauté for 10 seconds (don’t brown it).
Add mushrooms and toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes until glossy and golden.
Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and coriander. Toss well.
Switch off the flame, add lemon juice, mix, and serve hot!
🔥 Pro Tip: High flame = no soggy mushrooms!
