    So we’re supposed to get hit by a winter storm on Saturday, Houston, so I plan on making Pozole on Saturday. It’s a nice way to warm up the house, (by having the gas stove on most of the day) and have a nice hot soup for our bellies.

    Carnitas! Run the oven or stove for a couple hours and change the climate inside. Plus delicious.

    Just made my MIL’s beans and rice. Can’t go wrong there. That means very simple huevos rancheros tomorrow for breakfast using leftovers.

    I just moved from Texas to Colorado, it’s gonna be 18° tomorrow, and i have everything for pozole ready to go
