6/10 heat level (that’s subjective, everyone feels it differently). Great burn, great pepper flavor, not too vinegary. It’s a thin sauce and I love to mix it with cottage cheese in the morning.
It’s also my favorite cocktail (#2 preferably) so that’s a double win.

Never had it, but appreciate the post for sure! I grew up mostly in Hampton Roads, VA, but have very close family in Durham and the RTP areas of NC. Where did you pick this up? I’ll have to keep my eye out next time I’m down there.
