🧀 Cheesy Beef Alfredo Bowls
(Makes 10 meal preps)

Macros per serving:
481 Calories
46g Protein | 40g Carbs | 15g Fat
Step 1 – Beef & Veggies 🍖
Cook:
3 lbs 96/4 ground beef
7g garlic
6g onion powder
6g salt
5g pepper
When beef is halfway cooked, add:
30 oz frozen peas & carrots
Cook until beef is fully done.
Step 2 – Pasta 🍝
Boil 1 box protein pasta according to package directions.
Step 3 – Bring It Together 🔥
Add to the cooked beef & veggies:
Cooked pasta
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 jar (24oz) red sauce
1 bag triple cheddar shredded cheese (8 servings)
Mix everything until fully combined and cheesy.
Step 4 – Meal Prep 🥣
