This is a common sauce/condiment you get in Costa Rica if you ask for salsa picante. Official name is chilera I believe. In a way, it is just an unblended hot sauce, essentially pickled spicy veggies. This one uses habaneros and green thai chilis.
Other ingredients are white onion, carrot, cucumber, and both red and white cabbage.
