📝 Ingredients
Thick Poha – 2 cups
Green Peas (Matar) – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small (chopped)
Green Chilli – 1 (chopped)
Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – for garnish
🍳 Recipe (5 Min)
Wash poha, drain and keep aside.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
Add onion, green chilli & peas – sauté 2 mins.
Add turmeric & salt.
Add poha, mix gently.
Finish with lemon juice & coriander.
✨ Ready to serve hot!
