This is my favorite salsa that I discover. Usually we do a potluck where everyone brings one thing. When someone asked me what I will bring in I said salsa, so they put me down for that. I never specified whether spicy or mild. I went put and bought a few of these to bring in. Would this be a jerk move? I know there are a few people who like tangy stuff. I figured since salsa was my idea then I can choose what salsa I want and if people want it or not it's on them.

I’ve brought multiple levels of salsa/hot sauce to events before. Just clearly label them and honestly answer questions. With hot sauces, I’ve told people they can’t try a level until they’ve tried the level below and been okay with it.
I’d love you for bringing actual heat, but if you want to play nice, I’d bring in some mild salsas as well so people don’t feel excluded.
Just make sure it’s labeled.
I live in Texas and every work function has 10 types of homemade salsa of varying spice levels and everyone loves it.
I brought ghost pepper salsa and Serrano pepper jelly over cream cheese and got fired the same day
Salsa is cheap. Why not bring this and a mild option for the mouth safety advocates?
