Ingredients & Side Toppings

• Seasoned Bean Sprouts (Kongnamul Muchim)
Bean sprouts, soup soy sauce, salt, green onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil

• Seasoned Spinach (Sigeumchi Namul)
Spinach, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil

• Bracken Fern (Gosari Namul)
Bracken fern, tuna fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, salt, sesame oil

• Stir-fried Zucchini (Hobak Bokkeum)
Zucchini, salted shrimp brine, water

• Spicy Radish Salad (Mu Saengchae)
Radish, Korean red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, garlic, plum extract, salt, tuna fish sauce, MSG (optional)

• Cucumber Perilla Salad (Oi Deulkkae Muchim)
Cucumber, salt, sugar, fish sauce, garlic, perilla seed powder, perilla oil

• Bulgogi Marinade
Thinly sliced beef, sugar, plum syrup, soy sauce, mirin

Notes
• It takes time to prep the toppings, but the final bowl is always worth it.
• Since the vegetables are already seasoned, the bowl is delicious even as-is.
• You can also finish it with Sweet Soy Bibimbap Sauce or Gochujang Sauce (spicy).
