Turning humble ingredients into a crave-worthy Penang Nyonya Jiu Hu Char with the La gourmet Galactic Honeycomb Stirfry Wok. 🦐🥬🔥

Its honeycomb surface spreads heat evenly, nails that high-heat sear, and boosts flavour in every stir — all while keeping ingredients from sticking. One wok, next-level results! 😍🍽️

Ingredients
Main:
• 150g dried cuttlefish (鱿鱼干) or squid, thinly sliced
• 300g jicama (bangkuang), shredded
• 1 medium carrot, shredded
• ½ head cabbage, shredded (optional)
• 150g minced chicken
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 shallots, sliced
• 2–3 tbsp cooking oil

Seasoning:
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp white pepper
• 2–3 tbsp water

Tips:
Jiu Hu Char is often served with crisp sang choy (lettuce), perfect for wrapping around the savory, aromatic filling for an extra burst of freshness and crunch. 😋
