Ingredients for marination-
1 kg chicken
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
Food color (optional)
2-3 tbsp mustard oil
Lemon juice
[marinate chicken for 2 hours]
Airfry chicken at 180C for 20 minutes
For paste-
3 onions
1 tomato
12-15 cashews
5 dried whole red chilly
[grind into smooth paste]
For gravy-
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Prepared paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt
Airfried chicken
Kasuri methi
Fresh cream
Serve with roti or naan ❤️
