Ingredients:
Millets:
Rajma β†’ Kidney Beans – 1cup
Pesalu β†’ Green Gram / Mung Beans (Whole Moong) – 1cup
Chenagalu β†’ Chickpeas / Bengal Gram – 1cup
Minappappu (Menpappu) β†’ -1cup Urad Dal / Black Gram (Split & Skinned) rice – 1cup Karam Paste కోసం:
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 small piece (grated)
Curry leaves – few
Cumin seeds – Β½ teaspoon
Salt – as needed
Red chili powder – Β½ teaspoon (optional)
Oil – little
Method:
Wash and soak all millets, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 6–8 hours.
Grind into a smooth batter like dosa batter (add water as needed).
