Live in SE Minnesota, and this used to be on the menu year round. After the decades menu went away, so did this. Just happened to see it's back when under the burritos tab. Wouldn't have seen it otherwise. Might be back for those other locations that had it prior to the decades menu.

My location still has them but not in the app for some reason.
I saw it on my app too. It still says LTO tho.
