I just went to order from Taco Bell using a reward (I am a biiiig Taco Bell guy) I had like 8 for rewards points and I haven’t been “Hot” tier since it came out. I am always fire and had a ton of lifetime points. Now they are all gone and so is my status and my rewards?? Anyone else experiencing this??

I had the opposite happen. The rewards I already used up showed up in my account.
Is this ur first time ordering in the new yr? It resetted the 0/250 points January 1st
It says you have zero lifetime. Maybe signed in u see applepay versus your actual account?
Are you sure you’re signed in to the right account?
If you enter the wrong email it will send you a link that makes a brand new account for you with a single click.

ik the app had maintenance earlier… i’d see if there’s an update or redownload the app first and then if you still have the issue def reach out to customer service
