Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Brown sugar ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Olive oil 2-3 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Rice vinegar 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken strips 400g
-Cooking oil ½ tsp
-Pineapple slices as required
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Olive oil ½ tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Honey ½ tbs
-Purple cabbage shredded ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ¼ Cup
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Honey ½ tbs
-Tortilla
-Til (Sesame seeds)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped

Directions:
-In a bowl,add red chilli crushed,brown sugar,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic,olive oil,soy sauce, rice vinegar & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well, cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In frying pan, add cooking oil, pineapple slices & grill from both sides until light golden & set aside.
-In frying pan, add cooking oil, marinated chicken, mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
-In frying pan, add olive oil, butter & let it melt.
-Add ginger garlic paste & fry for 30 seconds.
-Add pink salt, black pepper powder, onion powder, soy sauce & mix well.
-Turn off the flame, add honey & mix well. Teriyaki glaze is ready!
-In a bowl, add purple cabbage, cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, black pepper powder, pink salt, lemon juice, honey & mix well. Coleslaw is ready!
-On a tortilla, add cooked chicken, coleslaw, teriyaki glaze, grilled pineapple, sesame seeds, spring onion leaves, fold & roll up.
-Grease grill pan with cooking oil & grill from both sides until done (makes 5-6) & serve!
