Over-the-Top Turkey Chili, but make it smoky.

We’re taking Distel Family Ranch ground turkey and forming oversized meatballs, seasoning them up with Lane’s Sweet Lic for that perfect sweet-heat-garlic combo. These go straight on the smoker at 225° until they hit about 155 internal.

Underneath, we’re building a Lane’s White Chili using their recipe pack, beans, garlic, and chicken broth, letting it simmer and soak up all that smoky goodness. Once the turkey is done, we break it apart and shred it right into the chili, then throw it back on the smoker until it thickens up just right and blends all the flavors.

Finish it off in a mug (because that’s the move), top with cheese and sour cream, and you’ve got a rich, smoky, over-the-top turkey chili that absolutely delivers.
