This Hawaiian BBQ and Mac Salad is pure comfort food 😋 Better than takeout and perfect for lunch or dinner 🥰 Serve it with white rice and steamed cabbage.
HAWAIIAN BBQ AND MAC SALAD INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken:
► 1/2 cup brown sugar
► 1 cup soy sauce
► 1/2 cup honey
► 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
► 1 tbsp ginger paste
► 1 tsp garlic powder
► 1 tsp salt
► 1 tsp black pepper
► 2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken thighs
► Serve with white rice and steamed cabbage
► Top with teriyaki glaze & parsley flakes (optional)
For the macaroni salad:
► Some salt
► 1 box elbow macaroni
► 2 carrots
► 1/4 white onion
► 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
► 1 tsp sugar
► 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
► 1/3 cup heavy cream
► Salt and pepper to taste
