30 Spinach Leaves
100 g sweet corn
100 g Low Fat Paneer
30 g Cheese
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
1 green chilli
Some spring onion or fresh herb of your choice
Some pomegranate

  3. I don't think that this would even taste like mo: mo . Mo:mo can be made healthier with it's original ingredients at home like the onion, cabbage, carrot. Just swipe the maida covering with rice paper or palak patta as shown. Rest it's just steamed.

    Ingredients:-
    * Spinach leaves: 2-3 pieces per momo
    * Corn: 1/2 cup (blanched and slightly crushed)
    * Paneer (Cottage cheese): 1/2 cup (crumbled)
    * Cheese: 1/4 cup (shredded)
    * Green chillies: 1-2 (finely chopped)
    * Spring onions: 2-3 (finely chopped)
    * Salt, pepper, and chilli flakes: to taste
    * Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

    Preparation:-
    * Prepare the filling: Mix the blanched and crushed corn with crumbled paneer, shredded cheese, chopped green chillies, spring onions, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes in a bowl.
    * Prepare the spinach leaves: Dip the spinach leaves in boiling water for about 1 second to soften them, then quickly remove them.
    * Assemble the momos: Place 2-3 spinach leaves on a round spoon or in your palm. Add a spoonful of the filling in the center and fold the leaves inward to seal the momo.
    * Steam the momos: Place the momos in a steamer and steam on high flame for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
    * Garnish and serve: Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve warm with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
