Recipe
• Cube a well marbled chuck roast then use yellow mustard as a binder and season on all sides with your favorite bbq rub
• Smoke the meat at 250F for 3 hours
• Wrap in foil with 3 tbsp butter, 1/4c Dr. Pepper and one cup of @pucksbbq BBQ sauce.
• place back on the smoker for another 2 hours until fall apart tender.
• Assemble sliders with 4 slices of pepper jack cheese, smoked bbq beef, crisp onions, 1 cup bbq sauce, 4 slices of pepper jack cheese.
• put the top of the sliders back on brush on butter and top with everything bagel seasoning.
• Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes then enjoy

2nd recipe I’ve seen of yours. Both look great. Adding Dr Pepper is a nice touch for extra complexity. Used to make cakes with Coca Cola in them so I bet these slap
I tried this, but I didn't have meat, so I used canned tuna fish and ketchup…it didn't come out very good.

America …….. when you can’t taste the food add sugar. Keep adding sugar until it’s good enough . Don’t forget your sugar buns and season with sugar . Maybe add some butter and a mix of random herbs from a jar with no thoughts at all
