Are you for real?

This TB needs better management! So last time i came here I asked for their new chicken stacker, but with the cantina rotisserie chicken instead of the nasty chicken. The person told me she didn't know how to do that, so I parked, place the order on the mobile app with mods, and went back through to pick up. Fine, but still bad training. Today I went through, asked for the cantina quest Dillard but without the greasy coating of cheese on the outside. The cashier again said she didn't knownof she could do that because her kitchen doesnt speak English and she can't communicate with them. In the past the cashier has just put "no 3 cheese" and it came out fine. Today I got the quesadilla, with what's pictured here on the side. 🤣🤣🤣 Funny, but still, the staff here don't know how bonuses their terminals, and thats a bit irritating…
