Ingredients:
1 cup Red kidney beans.
1 Onion.
4-5 Garlic cloves.
1/2 inch Ginger.
2 Tomatoes.
1 tbsp paprika.
1 tbsp Coriander seed powder.
1 tsp Turmeric.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Cumin seeds.
1/2 Garam masala.
Cilantro.
Green Chili.
Recipe:
Soak beans over night. In a pan add beans and 2 cups of water. Add garlic, ginger and onion. Add paprika, coriander powder and turmeric. Cover and cook for 40-45 minutes or until beans are cooked. Once its done add salt. Garam masala, fresh cilantro and green chili. In a small space pan add oil and 1/2 onion and cumin seeds. Once its golden brown add it to beans. Serve with Roti, Rice Naan.
