Making Bulgarian Stuffed Peppers For The First Time 🇧🇬🫑
Today was our first time attempting to cook stuffed peppers!🫑 This is a very popular Bulgarian dish which we often eat out, but we thought we would do it ourselves 🤤 how do you think we did? #bulgaria #peppers #foodie
Rice just in the pepers and you can put a lil raisins in the rice, it makes it SUPER nice. Goes very well with the meat and the spice. That was my grandmother's secred. Think you soak them for a while and then you just mix them with the rice, then put in pepers and bake. They expand like lil bubbles and bake very niceley 🙂 it's a very unique taste when they absorb all the other tastes and cook. Not too sweet.
