Broccoli Rice & Indo Greek Grilled Chicken✨

🥦 Broccoli Rice👇🏼

Ingredients
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp
• Ginger-garlic (crushed) – 1 tbsp
• Onion (chopped) – ½ cup (1 medium)
• Broccoli florets (half-boiled) – 1 cup
• Pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste)
• Soy sauce – 1–1½ tsp
• Cooked basmati rice – 2 cups

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add ginger-garlic; sauté for 30–40 seconds.
3. Add onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add broccoli and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce; mix well.
6. Add cooked rice and toss gently until evenly mixed.

🍗 Indo-Greek Grilled Chicken (Air Fryer)👇🏼

Ingredients
• Chicken (boneless preferred) – 500 g
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Pepper powder – ½ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Salt – ¾ tsp (adjust to taste)
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Curd (thick yogurt) – 3 tbsp
• Parsley (chopped) – 1–2 tbsp

Method
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add chicken and coat well.
3. Marinate at least 2 hours (overnight best).
4. Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
5. Cook for 15–20 minutes, flip the chicken.
6. Cook another 10–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

👉 Tip: For extra char, increase to 200°C for last 3–4 minutes.

🥗 Greek Yogurt Salad👇🏼

Ingredients
• Tomato (chopped) – 1 medium
• Onion (chopped) – 1 medium
• Greek yogurt – ½ cup
• Salt – ¼ tsp
• Pepper – ¼ tsp

Method
• Mix everything well and chill for 5 minutes before serving.
