He was described as having “no past criminal record.” I’m sure the mother of twelve-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was assaulted and k*lled in Houston by two men who entered the country illegally, would give up anything, including Mexican food if it meant holding her daughter for one more second. Young girls are being r*ped and k*lled by people who shouldn’t be here in the first place, and you think I give a crap about whether or not it’s hypocritical to eat Mexican food? Have you seen that one video, where the ICE agent was yelling at protesters, and he said, "We're here to arrest a child sex offender, and you guys are out here honking… That's who your protecting." And ICE is on the same level as the FBI, and other federal officers. They are there to get bad people out, and if they do mistakenly take U.S citizens into custody, (which has probably only happened around 20 or so times) they have the right to due process like you said. Now, im not saying that ICE agents should act so hostilly towards protesters, but as soon as protesters get in their way of doing their job, protesters are automatically putting themselves into danger because those are FEDERAL OFFICERS. It's common sense that you don't obstruct their line of work. Im just saying.
Also last time I checked Europeans with no identification came to the U.S stole land and killed natives yet the ones with that culture and skin color are the illegal ones

According to the united states constitution via the 5th amendment which says CITIZENS are protected from the federal government from being denied due process and the 14 amendment says that state and federal government cannot deny due process to (once again) CITIZENS. yes people are protected under the constitution only if they are in this county legally. if you are a non citizen you are not protected by the us constitution simply because you are in the country. please get your facts straight and get life, if your that passionate do something about it.

They were 20 minutes away from my town yesterday and they went to a middle school bus stop and arrested parents when they were waiting for their kids
