Taco Bell

Hear me out on how Taco Bell did me dirty and give me your thoughts.

I had a run-in where I ordered my steak burritos with garlic sauce, and for it to almost cost a dollar and to serve it to me in that form, I would much rather they forget it entirely. This situation did make me a little furious cause I not only donated with their round-up, but someone had to look at that and say it was "good enough" to send out. Two weeks later, they "compensated" and what I received was a coupon that had expired last year. I stopped going to Taco Bell as of late and especially my local one, I thought it would be better to go through the drive-thru rather than ordering it online because they usually forget the sauce, from my experiences, I don't complain about that cause I can understand the heat of the moment, but for them to hand that to me was a little insulting, if they didn't have enough, cause the order was a somewhat late around 7pm, they could've at least tried to replace something or just inform me about it, but that's how things turned out. Alright, I'm done thinking about it. If you read this much I appreciate it, and have a blessed day.

They never fill it to the top or even close when I get extra sauces. Assume it’s some type of policy, like 1/2 a pump or something.

welcome to taco bell. SOP. If you want proper serving size, go in, audit it before you leave. If not satisfied, ask for a manager. Posting to reddit just gets you flamed and downvoted as my posting here will be.

They quite often short people, especially when there is a line. They are timed on things and many times do not let the pumps finish re’charging for the next pump causing short changed customers.

I’ve had cheese cups filled like this too many times.

Proper customer service should be the goal. Happy customers are repeat customers.
