1 and 1/2 tbsp corn flour

Sauce:
1 and 1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
Fry :
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 medium onion
3/4 green chili
Few sprig onion
Capsicum
Chili flakes
