Sorry for all the questions lately. Its my 3rd year sprouting seeds but everything seems to be going wrong.
Context: Added new standing grow light a few days ago. It is an improvement but not great. Says its about 700 PPFD at 1 ft. The light is 1-2 ft away from all plants.
1) Why are some of my plants "praying"? These are the closest to the light. (Yes I know the Tigers are a bit leggy, left on the heat mat too long). I have never seen this happen even with my crappy old lights.
2) Should I be turning the grow light off at night? It's an improvement over the old one but it still isnt very strong.
On the plus side I havent had any dampening off this year. Small steps I guess.
