I’m a new grower and I just scored two 450 watt Mars Hydro ts-3000 grow lights for $100. Since I’m a new grower I’m trying to keep things as cheap as possible and am wondering if anyone has advice on how to hang these. I’m hoping to avoid a grow tent because fans and other things need to be purchased as well. Is there any good way to hang these to grow peppers from seedling to harvest indoors? I have the pulleys to hold the light just no way to secure them. I live in an apartment so drilling isn’t an option
