I have this old habanero that got thrips last year so we cut down most of the foliage. Since it started growing again the leaves never got very large and are pale like this. Any ideas?
I thought nutrient issues but after supplementing nitrogen + Cal Mag for months it’s still not coming back, I’m going to repot it in a new bag of potting mix in case my soil is causing lockout, but the soil pH seems right (6.2). I’m also starting to see this pale complexion on my new younglings :(. (Third picture)
