    Potatoes (cut into fries)
    Cornflour
    Salt
    Oil (for frying)
    Ginger (finely chopped)
    Garlic (finely chopped)
    Green chilli (finely chopped)
    Onion (cubed)
    Capsicum (cubed)
    Black pepper powder
    Vinegar
    Dark soy sauce
    Red chilli sauce
    Tomato ketchup
    Honey

    Steps 📝:
    1. Cut the potatoes into fries and wash them well.
    2. Take the potatoes in a bowl, add cornflour and salt, and mix until evenly coated.
    3. Heat oil and deep fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Keep aside.
    4. In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté ginger, garlic and green chilli until aromatic.
    5. Add onion and capsicum; sauté on high flame for a slight crunch.
    6. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
    7. Pour in a mixture of vinegar, dark soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cornflour slurry.
    8. Cook until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.
    9. Add the fried potatoes and toss well to coat evenly.
    10. Drizzle honey, mix gently and cook for a few seconds.
    11. Serve hot and enjoy crispy Honey Chilli Potato 🍯🌶️🔥
