


Cervesa Victoria, El Vicio mix, juice of 1/2 lime. Jalapenos are from the garden, I fermented them in sea salt with wild mustard, cumin, black pepper, garlic, and bay leaves. .
The rim is a mix of hot chili powder and more sea salt, moistened with lime juice and jalapeno brine.
I think it's delicious. A nice heat, super flavorful.
