Friedrich is still in tears for giving him peppered coffee.😢Not everything are Nigerian you know!😅You can try salt as well next time instead of pepper.Salt reduces the bitterness in black coffee.Just in case you want reduced bitterness.

Make sure its not just any pepper, it has to be cayenne pepper (shombo) or it'll be a waste. Also, a drop of coconut or palm oil turns it to a super drink ie bulletproof coffee but you have to mix it well to dissolve the oil. Enjoy.

Ginger is preferable for me
I usually add ginger ((fresh ginger or frozen or powdered) to my coffee. And sometimes add a pinch of Himalaya pink salt or celtic salt.
