Crispy Soya Popcorn | Protein-Rich Evening Snack | Easy Veg Recipe #shorts



Crispy outside, soft inside soya popcorn made with boiled soya chunks and potato. A high-protein veg snack perfect for tea time or parties.

Ingredients:
Soya chunks (boiled & coarse ground)
Boiled potato
Onion
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt
Red chilli powder
Curry powder
Corn flour
Water
Breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying

Steps:
1. Grind boiled soya chunks coarsely.
2. Add boiled potato, onion, green chilli, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, curry powder, corn flour and water. Mix well.
3. Shape into small balls.
4. Prepare slurry with corn flour, salt and red chilli powder.
5. Dip balls in slurry, coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Deep fry till golden and crispy.

Perfect crunchy vegetarian snack everyone will love.
