The Spice Mix:

✅️ 1/2 tsp Chili powder (Kashmiri chili works best for color without too much heat).
✅️​ 1/2 tsp Amchur (Dried Mango Powder).
✅️​ 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds (crushed slightly between your palms).
✅️ ​A pinch of Salt (or Black Salt/Kala Namak for extra depth).

If you want an extra crunch, you can add a handful of pomegranate seeds or roasted peanuts at the very end.
