Started germinating 31 days ago, transplanted my first two peppers today

This is my 2nd year growing peppers. Last year I had cayenne, lemon drop, and habanero, but I only started germinating at the start of April. As a result, only my cayenne really produced. I got a couple of lemon drops and a few small habaneros. I enjoyed the lemon drop taste a lot, so it will be in my line-up again this year.

I germinated inside a ziplock bag with a heating mat, but I was not impressed with the results and don't think it justifies the electricity, so I stopped using it.

I started with 20 seeds: 2 per variety, 10 varieties. Two seeds didn't germinate at all; two weren't germinated after 28 days in the ziplock, but still looked viable. I transplanted them into soil and am just waiting. Four seeds died on me after they germinated and I transplanted them. I'm pretty sure I accidentally let them dry out because of the heating mat, even though they had domes on them-another reason not to use the heating mat any more.

I read a lot in this sub about how most scotch bonnet seeds are fakes, so I ordered some MOA scotch bonnet, Sugar Rush Peach, and more lemon drops from Super Hot Chiles, but I'm still waiting for them to be delivered.

It's kind of crazy how slow peppers are. I got into it because of the weed legalization in Germany, and cannabis would already be huge at 31 days.

My lamp is a Sanlight 4-120 on the lowest level, consuming about 110 watts.

My growing zone is 8a, I'll start hardening early May.
