250g Paneer – cubed

1 Capsicum & 1 Onion – diced

2–3 Garlic cloves & 1-inch Ginger – chopped

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Tomato ketchup

1–2 tbsp Chili sauce

2 tbsp Cornflour & 2 tbsp All-purpose flour

Salt & Black pepper – to taste

Oil – for frying

Quick Steps:

Coat paneer in cornflour & all-purpose flour; fry until golden.

Sauté garlic, ginger, onions & capsicum for 2–3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt & pepper.

Toss fried paneer in the sauce until fully coated.

Garnish with spring onions & serve hot!
