
Been a few weeks now with no rewards and no offers showing up, and no updates to fix it. I called customer support and they said they can see the points and tier status correctly on their end and i just need to wait. It's been a long wait. What's the deal taco bell?
I eat at taco bell too much and this year alone I've had 12 orders, so I definitely have points, but I can't use any of them and haven't seen any offers or coupons either.

Email tacobell directly and ask for help
The website also shows them correctly. I’ve tried signing out, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing on my end fixes this.
