Detailed Recipe:
Ingredients
Ground dry red chillies 🌶️ (10-15, depending on your spice level)
10 Garlic Cloves 🧄
1 Onion 🧅
Soy sauce – 1 spoon
Salt🧂 – required amount
Jaggery powder
Oil (I have used groundnut oil, you can use any oil you prefer except coconut oil)
Instructions
Heat the oil on a low flame and before it starts sizzling, infuse the oil with some chopped garlic and onions on a low flame until they start to turn golden brown.
Pulse dry red chillies in a mixer grinder without adding any water to get the flakes. Add a pinch of salt, a spoon of soy sauce, a pinch of jaggery powder and mix well.
Pour the hot oil over the red chilli mixture and let it settle, Give it all a mix and let the oil cool down. Once done, store it in an air tight container 🫙 and enjoy with your favourite dumplings, ramen, noodles, rice, or literally anything you like to spice up 🌶️
